-Assisted in the planning and execution of the SEEM Forum for Professional Development:
Corresponded with 10 internal and external groups involved.
Ordered food, drink and floor items for event while staying within a budget.
Created floor plan and created/executed ROS.
-Ran “Game Day” operations assisted, as a Student Assistant in Athletics Department:
Set up and broke down.
Greeted and briefed visiting teams.
Led a total of 40 Work-Study employees.
-Assistant to executives in Athletic Department:
Managed a total of 40 employees.
Updated and posted new facility schedules every month.
Booked facility space for club/campus events.
Created and updated master calendar for all sports.
-Assisted in the planning and execution of “Wales & Tails 2017”:
Created BEO for food and beverages.
Created event poster/ marketing materials for event.
Ordered toys, dog treats, decorations and stayed within a budget.
Helped book the DJ, photographer, caterer, and clubs to occupy booths.
Set up and broke down.
